Siddharth Gupta
Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Siddharth founded Principia Advisors after seven years spent across equity research, proprietary trading, dealing, portfolio monitoring and back-office oversight. A lawyer by training (B.A. LL.B. Hons., National Law University, Delhi), he holds the NISM-Series-XXI-B Portfolio Managers certification and has completed the PGDM (Finance) programme at XLRI Jamshedpur. He leads investment strategy, research and portfolio construction.
Sudhir Gupta
Compliance Officer
Sudhir brings over two decades of experience managing broking operations, regulatory compliance, and relationships with regulators, exchanges, banks and auditors, including as former Managing Director of A.S. Stock Broking & Management. He holds a Master of Computer Applications from VJTI and oversees compliance, controls and regulatory liaison for the firm.
